How may I contact you?

I haven’t received my item. Where is it?

Please refer to your tracking number first (check your e-mail and even a SPAM folder). If there is still an issue, contact us, and we will help you with your problem.

I haven’t received any order details or tracking number

As soon as we receive the tracking number for your order or process it in any way, you should receive an e-mail with the confirmation number. Please, check your SPAM folder first as sometimes it goes over there. If you still cannot find it, feel free to contact us.

What payment types do you accept?

Currently, we only work with PayPal, and PayPal can process almost any payment types possible.

What countries do you ship to?

Technically, we ship to almost anywhere except Belarus, Burundi, Central African Republic, Cuba, Iran, Libya, North Korea, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, and Zimbabwe. We also cannot ship to the countries where PayPal doesn’t work.

I haven’t received the item or it got lost

Feel free to contact us, and we will issue you a refund. We might need proof that you haven’t received an item (some kind of letter from the postal office might work just fine) in some cases.

The item came in damaged. What should I do?

First, contact us and submit 2-3 photos of the damaged item. It will help us to speed up the process and issue you a refund. In most cases, you might keep the item too, but we will let you know what to do.

Are you legit?

This is a silly question (okay, maybe not that silly), but yes, we are. You can check out more info on our policies. There’s even a phone number over there, but it’s a personal number, so you most likely will reach the voice mail of the founder. However, if it is an emergency, you might get a callback, but most likely you’ll receive an answer via email. Besides, all of the communications are made via email or Instagram.

I emailed you, but never got a reply

We try to reply within 24 hours (it might take longer sometimes if we are super busy). However, before canceling the payments and declaring fraud, check your Spam folder (for some reason a lot of our email goes there). If it is not there, then call the phone number in our Terms and Conditions (at the bottom) or try to email us one more time. We do want to help you out!
